To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in undamaged condition
  • All original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact
  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery to initiate the return

  • Once approved, we will proceed with the return process

Step 2: Reverse Pickup

  • We will arrange a reverse pickup within 2–3 business days (subject to service availability)

Step 3: Product Inspection

  • After receiving the product at our warehouse, it will be inspected for eligibility

Step 4: Refund Confirmation

  • Once approved, we will confirm your refund amount via Email or WhatsApp

Step 5: Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days after approval

 

4. Returning Your Product (Important Instructions)

360° Unboxing Video (Mandatory)

  • Please record a 360-degree video before opening the package
  • This is required for claims related to damaged, defective, or wrong products

Pickup Returns

  • Ensure the product is:
    • Unused and unwashed
    • With original tags intact
    • Properly packed

Self-Shipping (If Pickup Not Available)

  • If reverse pickup is not available in your area:
    • You may self-ship the product at your own cost
    • Include your Order ID and Return ID inside the package

 

5. Exchange Policy

  • We offer FREE exchanges on eligible products
  • To request an exchange:
    • Contact us via email or phone
    • Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup
    • After product verification, the replacement item will be shipped at no extra cost

 

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after successful inspection
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 2–3 business days after approval

 

7. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled anytime before dispatch
  • Once shipped or delivered, cancellation is not allowed
